• Veggie #1: roasted red pepper, marinated mushrooms, sundried tomato pasta, swiss cheese and alfalfa sprouts
• Veggie #2: roasted eggplant, marinated mushrooms, havarti, olive, alalfa sprouts
• Veggie #3: roasted eggplant, zucchini, red pepper, goat cheese & black olive paste
• Egg Salad: roasted eggplant, mayo, tomato & lettuce
• Smoke Turkey: roasted red pepper, mayo, sundried tomato paste & lettuce
